As a Certified C Section & Birth Trauma Coach I help women heal negative feelings and emotions that can arise from C Sections & Traumatic Births. Women regain their confidence, power and cultivate positive relationships with themselves, their babies and those around them who they love. 

I had been in the corporate world for 17 years, industries ranging from Local Newspapers, Construction and Transport. Climbing the ladder, brilliant job titles, in great companies. Some wonderful opportunities opened up for me, I travelled parts of the world I wouldn’t have had the chance to if it wasn’t for those roles. However, something just wasn’t quite right. I came home from a good day at work or from a successful trip to the Middle East and yet I wasn’t happy.

I would say to myself “How could that be? I have a roof over my head, a car, a great job, family, friends, a boyfriend, why don’t I feel right?”

After an aha moment in my flat, on the living room floor in floods of tears I wholeheartedly understood that the list above was all external validation. I needed inner worth. So I set to work and after some years of personal development, I found myself. 

I had always enjoyed being able to help female friends and colleagues find themselves and exceed their potential so I took the leap and became a Certified C Section Coach. 

I want women to have an outlet to not only express their dreams but be coached towards them. That’s what was missing for me. I did those years of personal development alone, if I had a coach I would have reached my potential faster and gained the guidance of how to push past the limits I had put on myself. It is my greatest pleasure to help women gain this clarity and transform their lives. 

I am a Coach that will guide you and stand with you, shoulder to shoulder and give you the tools, knowledge and skills that I have learned and used personally to get you back to you.
