Location – We’ll meet on the Zoom platform always using the same link. You will receive a reminder of your session a day before your session and also a few hours before but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to diarise your appointments.
Privacy - Please ensure that you’re in a quiet, undistracted, private space for your sessions.
Time-Keeping - Please be on time for your sessions as the session time cannot be extended in the case of lateness.
Cancellations – I will need 24 hours’ notice in order to cancel or reschedule your session. Any less than 24 hours the session will be forfeited and a new session will need to be booked. No refunds will be given. When booking a block of sessions the session will be removed from your block of sessions.
Honesty, Transparency, Authenticity and Confidentiality – are cornerstones of the work we’ll be doing together. Your privacy and confidence that all of our conversations and work together will be treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality is extremely important to me.
Agenda – Whist there are areas we will naturally cover during our sessions, ultimately it is your responsibility to bring the agenda for each session to ensure we cover the issues you wish to discuss.
‘Emotional Turbulence’ – Whilst coaching is looking forward, our sessions will draw on your history as well as current and future desires. In many situations, journeys into our pasts can cause ‘emotional turbulence’ – negative feelings, feelings of sadness, anger or overwhelm. It’s generally seen as a normal ‘part of the process’. If our conversations create a level of emotional discomfort for you, please know that it’s also my role to create a safe space for you to process this discomfort too. Ultimately, we’ll walk on this journey together.
